12950	Quick download button	Klumbumbus	team	"During mapping I often reach the border of the downloaded area and I want do download a bit more. (Or before splitting a way, which ends in the not downloaded area to not break associated relations.) 

Then I need to click on Download and press OK in the download window. It would be much faster if I could click a quick download button which directly downloads the area of the currently diaplayed mapview. (I already defined the area to download in the mapview and don't need to do this again in the download window.)
