1. Split a road which has an existing 'u-turn-restriction'
2. After splitting the road, both the split ways have the turn restriction relation. I.e. there are two 'from/to' present in the relation
3. While uploading it gives an error saying 'No of to/from roles to high'
==== What is the expected result?
After splitting, the relations present on the path split, should be transferred to the roads that has the relation instead of the newly split way.
==== What happens instead?
Created multiple ""from"" and ""to"" tags for the main relation that's already present and cause an error of ""multiple tags present"" when trying to upload.
