1. When I load any service of imagery in a layer (Bing imagery and OpenStreetMapCarto e.g.)

The imagery should load normally.

==== What happens instead?

The imagery loads, but it takes a while and appears an error dialog. If this error dialog appears, JOSM takes a long time to close or restarting (more or less than 1 minute).
If I deactivate plugins the same thing occurs.
