Really sorry about that, but I can't really tell what need to be done to reproduce. This error arose a long time after starting the software. With Bing imagery loaded, I was simply moving the view around and about to click on the ""view"" drop-down menu when this happens. Hopefully the log is more helpful.

I have to say, recently I have often had error notifications, but it was a different behaviour as dozens of notifications were successively appearing one after another, which would not allow me to even click on the dialogue and report the error. The error reported her did not do that, it was a single dialogue.

JOSM is still usable after this error.
