12339	invisible relation prevents upload	dieterdreist		"I am not really understanding what has happened here. I tried to upload some data after I reverted a changeset and afterwards fixed conflicts (and did some manual editing). The upload was rejected:

but the relation list didn't even show the relation with this number. I saved the data and did a grep to find out that this relation was ""visible=false"". Is this the expected behaviour?

Before the attempted upload there were some unhandled exceptions, but I didn't immediately create a ticket because I was not sure what lead to them.
