12251	Localized names of mappaint styles are not updated when changing the language	Klumbumbus	team	"The mappaint style dialog should display the localized name, which is specified in the style in the `meta[lang=de]` block. As you can see in the screenshot, while the style ""ZeigeID"" displays the german name others display the english name, like Layer checker or Maxspeed.
This is always the same regardless if I set the lamguage of JOSM to german or english.
