1. Add only_left_turn restriction with one-way road as ""to"" - restriction pointing into the one-way road's direction. Select ways involved and validate.
2. Add only_left_turn restriction with one-way road as ""to"" - restriction pointing against the one-way road's direction. Select ways involved and validate.

If the restriction is not needed  (points into the one-way road's direction) a warning like ""unnecessary turn restriction ..."", if it's contradicting the one-way road's direction a warning like ""incorrect turn restriction - please check one-way road's direction (also the restriction might not be needed)"".

No warning is generated.
