11939	Possible error in parent_tag()	naoliv	team	"While trying to use `parent_tag()` (from #11938) and taking a look at the code in https://josm.openstreetmap.de/browser/trunk/data/validator/geometry.mapcss#L137 I saw that those tests (and my attempts to use `parent_tag()`) aren't working.

For example, with the attached example file I can't see any warning (while with older JOSM releases I can).

My quick binary search says that it stopped to work between [7275] (it's OK) and [7300] (it fails like latest).

I ''guess'' the problem is in `parent_tag()` but I am unsure.
