11874	No progress bar while downloading plugins	naoliv	team	"While there is a progress bar when we download a plugin, it doesn't get updated.
For example, I was downloading RoadSigns but didn't see any progress in JOSM (I could see that the file was growing in ~/.josm/plugins, but not in JOSM).
