11463	Can't zoom after importing image	elsueniero@…	team	"Version 8339. Updated plugins today. Imported image is a quicklook downloaded from earthexplorer.usgs.gov (LC80990642015018LGN00). I am editing around Tari, in Papua New Guinea.

Hi,

I am importing a Landsat8 quicklook. I tried to reproject the image and failed (details in a different ticket)

This is what I am doing now:
- setting the Map Projection for JOSM to UTM 54N (the one of the data) *before* importing the image. The selection results in EPSG: 32654. Bonds: 136.0 -5.0 146.0 85.0
- Image > import image. Warning message saying no .prj file found. I need to chose between the default image projection (EPGS: 32754) or current JOSM (EPGS: 32654). I chose current JOSM (the other will not work and the image won't show)
- (Image loads well) A white line appears in the middle of the screen. This white line will block any movement of the image to the south (the line will be ""stuck"" in the middle of the screen and won't go up). However it will ""go down"" and allow me to browse to the north. (Screenshot 1)
- I can download OSM data and it will be well fit (apparently, as I can't zoom in). Screenshot 2
- I can zoom in, but only if the white line stays in the middle or below. Screenshot 3

All this effectively blocks the capacity of editing using the image as a background.

Thanks for your help, or orientation if I am doing something wrong.

Cheers,
Juan"	enhancement	new	normal Core	tested
