10909	False positive warning with motorcycle_parking	naoliv	team	"While validating an `amenity=motorcycle_parking` (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Motorcycle_parking) JOSM says that it's missing an `amenity=parking` or `amenity=parking_entrance`.
`motorcycle_parking` should also be accepted on this test.
