10826	[patch] Add note sorting options	ToeBee	team	"So far notes have been displayed in the order in which they happen to come from the API. This patch adds several sort methods to choose between:
 * Default (open notes first, followed by closed notes, followed by new notes with a secondary sort by ID)
 * Date created
 * Date of last action performed
 * User name
