 1. start JOSM
    be shure that 'continousDownload Plugin' is loaded and active
 2. Download from OSM... (CRTL+SHIFT+DOWN or Button in Toolbar or Menu)
 3. be shure that 'Raw GPS Data' is unchecked!
 4. I usually select a region by 'Slippy map'
 5. press 'Download'

What is the expected result?
 only 'OpenStreetMap Data' should be loaded

What happens instead?
 also 'Raw GPS data' are loaded.
 this wastes time and bandwidth. 

 this behavour is since yesterday when continousDownlod plugin was updated to v1.1 (1412191260)
 and only if this plubin is active.
