The times it have occurred with me have always been when opening the download dialog window. Both when no data have been loaded, and in the middle of edit sessions. It doesn't happen every time, this is about the 3rd occurrence in a week, and I am a heavy editor. It doesn't seem like the download session has anything to do with it, as I use the continuous Download plugin with no problem. It might be that a ""refresh screen"" type command in the download dialog, or something like that are acting strangely.
