10366	Panning map irregularly reverts back to previous position	gavincscott@…	gavincscott@…	"What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Have map displayed on screen. Map style is not important.
 2. Press ESC
 3. Right click mouse, drag map. Repeat. On the clicking of the mouse the map may revert back to its position at the beginning of step 3.

This does not happen every time but happens a good 50% of the time.
