The plugin InfoMode is good, but is it possible to add a direction mark (une flèche) in the middle of the red point ?

My use case :
* in car I use osmand and record the gpx, I add gpx point about many stuff including speed : 70/50/30 and would make the tagguing a little bit easier, especialy when I don't remember the direction.
