10307	wireframe: highlight member nodes when relation is selected	skyper	team	"> What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select a relation with at least on node as member
1. See the node nicely been highlighted in pink
1. switch to wireframe

The node is still somehow highlighted
> What happens instead?
Only ways are highlighted but not nodes
> Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
If we simply highlight the outline in red (same colour as ways) we would still have a different rendering as selected nodes as the later are rendered solid and not just the outline.
