1. install imagic's [wiki:Styles/Lane_and_Road_Attributes lane attributes style]
1. add `change:lanes:forward=not_left|not_right` together  with `lanes:forward=2` and `lanes=3` to a highway

> What is the expected result?

A dashed middle line in the middle of the two forward lanes is rendered.

> What happens instead?

A solid line together with a dashed middle line is drawn.

> Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

There was no recent change of the style. I did work last week and tested version still works.
